Dashboard Issues

If your dashboard is not loading or showing incorrect data, try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  3. Verify you are logged in with your partner email
  4. If the issue persists, email support@buildara.ai with a screenshot

Customer Account Setup

When onboarding a new customer:

  1. Collect: business name, contact info, industry, desired product
  2. Choose the appropriate product and plan tier
  3. Set up their account through the admin interface
  4. Configure payment processing (Stripe)
  5. Send them their login credentials via the platform

Payment Processing

All customer payments are processed through Stripe. If a customer reports a payment issue:

  • Verify the card/bank info is current
  • Check for declined transactions in the payment log
  • Contact support@buildara.ai if the issue is platform-related

Browser Requirements

Buildara works best on modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+. Mobile browsers are fully supported.
