Dashboard Issues
If your dashboard is not loading or showing incorrect data, try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Verify you are logged in with your partner email
- If the issue persists, email support@buildara.ai with a screenshot
Customer Account Setup
When onboarding a new customer:
- Collect: business name, contact info, industry, desired product
- Choose the appropriate product and plan tier
- Set up their account through the admin interface
- Configure payment processing (Stripe)
- Send them their login credentials via the platform
Payment Processing
All customer payments are processed through Stripe. If a customer reports a payment issue:
- Verify the card/bank info is current
- Check for declined transactions in the payment log
- Contact support@buildara.ai if the issue is platform-related
Browser Requirements
Buildara works best on modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+. Mobile browsers are fully supported.
