Getting Started Guide

Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding

Visit your Onboarding Checklist to track your progress. You will need to complete 6 steps: application approval, ACH verification, welcome package review, training modules, certification, and your first customer.

Step 2: Complete Partner Training

The Training Center has 8 modules covering the Buildara platform, all three products (LivingSite, FoodPulse, ChefMarket), sales techniques, customer onboarding, and compliance. Each module includes a quiz — you need 80% to pass.

Step 3: Earn Your Certification

After completing all 8 training modules with passing scores, you can generate your Buildara Certified Partner credential. This certificate includes a unique verification code that prospects can check at buildara.ai/Buildara/Verify.

Step 4: Set Up Your Sales Pipeline

Identify your target market (restaurants, retail, services, healthcare, fitness, beauty) and begin prospecting. Use the techniques from Module 5 to build your pipeline. Consider subscribing to the AI Sales Agent to automate prospect outreach.

Step 5: Onboard Your First Customer

Follow the 5-touch 30-day onboarding cadence from Module 6: Day 1 welcome, Day 2-3 onboarding call, Day 7 check-in, Day 14 value confirmation, Day 30 success review. This cadence has been proven to increase customer retention by 3x.

Step 6: Grow Your Revenue

Track your performance on the Partner Dashboard. Monitor revenue share, customer count, and credit earnings. Ask every satisfied customer for referrals — they are your highest-converting lead source.

Pro Tip: Partners who complete training and onboard their first customer within 30 days earn 2x more revenue in their first year compared to partners who delay.
