How do I earn money as a Buildara partner?

You earn a percentage of every dollar your customers pay in platform fees, every month, for as long as they remain active. Your revenue share rate depends on your tier: 20% (Starter), 30% (Growth), or 40% (Enterprise).

When do I get paid?

Revenue share is calculated monthly and deposited to your ACH account by the 15th of the following month.

Can I upgrade my tier?

Yes. Contact partners@buildara.ai to discuss upgrading. The new tier takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Note that setup fee differences may apply.

How do AI Sales Agent credits work?

Partners with active AI Sales Agent subscriptions earn 20% of their monthly agent fee as credits, calculated quarterly. Credits are applied to your next subscription payment. They expire 12 months after earning if not used.

What happens if a customer cancels?

If a customer cancels, you stop earning revenue share on that customer. Your existing customers are not affected. We recommend proactive retention: monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews significantly reduce churn.

Can I sell in any geographic area?

Yes. Buildara partners can sell in any US geographic area. There are no exclusive territories — your success depends on your effort and relationship building.

What if I need help closing a deal?

Growth and Enterprise partners can request sales support from the Buildara team. Contact partners@buildara.ai with the prospect details and we can join a demo call or provide customized materials.

How do I get my certificate verified?

After completing all 8 training modules, generate your certificate from the Training Center. Your certificate has a unique verification code. Anyone can verify it at buildara.ai/Buildara/Verify.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. The Partner Agreement includes a 12-month minimum commitment. Early termination may result in forfeiture of pending revenue share and applicable fees per the agreement terms.

Can I white-label the products?

White-label capability is available exclusively on the Enterprise tier ($499/month). Enterprise partners can brand LivingSite, FoodPulse, and ChefMarket under their own company name.
