Kivara generates revenue through four channels: $199 merchant contest entry fees, $0.50 per-participant engagement fees, $25/day featured placement advertising, and a 4% take rate on coupon-driven purchase value. This creates aligned incentives — Kivara succeeds when merchants succeed.
