This final module is a comprehensive review of everything covered in Modules 1-7. To earn your Buildara Certified Partner credential, you must demonstrate understanding of the platform, products, sales process, onboarding methodology, and compliance requirements.

Consultative selling: listen first, present solutions second
Discovery call: 80% listening, 20% talking
Handle objections with ROI reframing
Follow up within 48 hours of every interaction
Referrals are the highest-converting lead source

Review: Onboarding

5-touch cadence: Day 1, Day 2-3, Day 7, Day 14, Day 30
Day 7 check-in is the most critical retention action
Establish measurable success metrics on the onboarding call
Monthly performance emails and quarterly business reviews after Day 30
